possibility of a "fully free market"

    Hello
    I am a IPE student in England that enjoy reading austrian econ, and bring its arguments to my seminars.
    I have over the last week had several disccussions with one of my professors about free markets.
    His claim is that a “fully free market” is impossible because according to him, law and property rights are regulatory institutions inherently indistiguishable from any other form of regulation.
    I was wondering if anyone here had any reading material that tackles his claim?
