I am a IPE student in England that enjoy reading austrian econ, and bring its arguments to my seminars.
I have over the last week had several disccussions with one of my professors about free markets.
His claim is that a “fully free market” is impossible because according to him, law and property rights are regulatory institutions inherently indistiguishable from any other form of regulation.
I was wondering if anyone here had any reading material that tackles his claim?

    Thank you.

    I suggest Murray Rothbard’s books:

    For a New Liberty

    The Ethics of Liberty
