Professor Herbener,

In lecture 3 on the scope of economics, you make the distinction between the economic versus legal definition of ownership. The distinction makes sense. Would you have a reference where this is discussed further? I looked at both reading materials (including the TOCs for HA and MES) but could not find a specific mention about the economic definition of ownership (as control).
