BHO's veto of ACA

    I may have misunderstood a comment in the 1st session. You seem to say BHO vetoed the Affordable Care Act and was the one constitutional act the one for which he was to be commended. Either I misheard or completely missed that action. Please clarify.

    Obama did not veto the PPACA, but instead cites it as his main achievement.
