"Accountable Capitalism Act"

    Have we seen instances in which workers either own or manage a company, or both, and if so, what have been the results? I’m mostly interested in this as a feature of an economic system or with companies which were successful before this happened?

    Other than the somewhat vague in my mind rationale of incentives, why would the current corporate ownership structures lead to the most prosperous outcomes?

    Has anything ever happened like the grandma nervously drinking a beer on instagram to appear down to earth is suggesting with her so-called Accountable Capitalism Act, where large companies have to have “stakeholders” own or manage the company in order to increase “corporate social responsibility”?
