When and where was the term anarcho-capitalism first used?

    I been trying to locate the moment when the concept ‘Anarcho-Capitalism’ was fist used.

    I searched google, wikipedia and in iBooks I have been searching for the term in all of Rothbards books but to my surprise I was not very successful.

    In his books Rothbard consistently writes about ‘anarchy’ or ‘anarchism’ not anarcho-capitalism.

    I also searched the contents of all parts of ‘Review Of Austrian Economic’, ‘Left and Right, a journal of libertarian thought’, and ‘The complete Libertarian Forum 1969-1984’.
    But no such luck.

    Have I missed something? Can anyone help me out?
