Hi, I’ve been looking into the history of competing courts in early America/England, as well as how the State developed into an organization that claims illegitimate monopoly on the provision of justice/force. Someone recommended the book by Clark-Smith. Any of you guys familiar with this work? Would it be a good purchase?
