Greetings:
For a grad class I’m tasked with writing a book review of David Ray Papke’s The Pullman Case, which is written (essentially) as if the author was relitigating the case on behalf of Debs & the union.
I’m wondering if there are any good (free-market/Austrian/libertarian) articles on the Pullman case, particularly its legal aspects (if there isn’t, one on the Pullman Strike generally would be good).
I’ve found stuff on some of the other major labor disputes of that era but so far my own search-fu has failed with respect to this case.
