I was watching a Youtube video on the minimum wage (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZI9aDHLptMk theres the link if you want to watch it) but thats not really the point. In the video the speaker sites this study: http://davidcard.berkeley.edu/papers/njmin-aer.pdf . Basically this study compared employment in restaurants on either side of the Pennsylvania-New Jersey border right after New Jersey raised their minimum wage. It found that employment actually increased in New Jersey and so they concluded the standard model that minimum wage causes unemployment was untrue. Are you familiar with study? Do you have any thoughts? Thanks
