Professors,
I have been researching this subject and can find no congressional approval of any agreement or compact among the states that participate in what has been termed “Concealed Carry Reciprocity.”
If this is so, it would then seem to me that the above is a violation of Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3 (the agreement and compact clause) contained in the United States Constitution
