An Educational Page on Nullification for Mark Levin

Radio host Mark Levin has been repeating Rachel Maddow’s arguments against state nullification and denouncing proponents of the idea — including, by implication, Judge Andrew Napolitano, Walter Williams, and Barry Goldwater Jr., who also support the idea — as crackpots, “neo-Confederates” (whatever this Marxian neologism is supposed to mean), etc.

So I thought I would post a few resources Levin might consider consulting. He didn’t learn any of this information in law school, I’m sure, but that speaks in its favor.

First, my article “Is Nullification Unconstitutional?

Second, my Frequently Asked Questions page about nullification. This answers every objection Levin has ever raised, or could ever raise.

Third, my book Nullification: How to Resist Federal Tyranny in the 21st Century, which is endorsed by Judge Napolitano, Walter Williams, and Barry Goldwater Jr.

Fourth, my speech to the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association:

Fifth, my parody video Interview With a Zombie, which illustrates what it’s like to try to discuss the Jeffersonian principle of nullification with a member of the mainstream media. Unfortunately for Levin, the zombie makes the same arguments he does (“neo-Confederate!”).

Then, for comic relief, the blooper tape for Interview with a Zombie. Even Levin should get a laugh out of this:

By the way, if you’d like to see how my exchange went with Levin back when he was defending Obama’s use of presidential war powers, check out this link. He spent his time insulting me. I stuck to the arguments. He refused to link to me so his readers could decide for themselves. I linked to everything he wrote, because I was confident in my arguments.
